NIRF Ranking 2024:

NIRF Ranking 2024: The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2024 rankings have been announced by the Ministry of Education today, August 12. The rankings have been announced in a total of 16 categories which include top universities, top colleges, best engineering, medical, law, management colleges, pharma colleges and architecture. Last year, the ministry had introduced a new section – agriculture and allied sectors while this year three new categories have been added which are Open Universities, Skill Universities and State Funded Government Universities.

The number of institutions participating in the ranking has increased every year. This year more than 10000 institutions participated in the ranking, while last year the number was 8686 and in 2022 7254 and in 2021 6,272 institutions participated.
